6.3 Disputed Outcomes
If you have a dispute regarding any outcome, you must notify the support team within 48 hours of the result being published. bdtjl's decision on such matters will be considered final.
6.4 Technical Disruptions
bdtjl will not be held responsible for any bet or game affected by internet disconnection or device issues. In such situations, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while operating an account on bdtjl:
- Fraud, deception, or attempting unauthorised access to another person's account.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behaviour toward other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, bdtjl reserves the right to close the account immediately and take applicable legal action.
